14-day guarantee
If you buy a pack and have not yet generated your documents, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once documents have been generated, we will still look at any request fairly, and if something we produced is wrong we will fix it or refund you.
Renewals
We email you before every annual renewal. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date and you will not be charged again. If a renewal is taken by mistake and you tell us within 14 days, we will refund it.
How to ask
Email hello@martynslawriskassessment.co.uk with the email address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days, and we confirm by email when it is issued.
What happens to your account
A full refund ends your pack and cancels any future renewals automatically. Your account stays open, so your answers are kept and you can buy again at any time. A partial refund does not affect your access.
Who this applies to
Our packs are sold to businesses and organisations. This policy is in addition to any rights you have by law.
